溫度 

葡萄酒最喜歡待在12-15度的環境裡,太熱的環境會使葡萄酒中暑造成劣化,太冷則是無法熟成、讓酒的味道變差。

記得別讓葡萄酒放置在冷熱變化大的環境(早上曬太陽晚上冷氣房…),這樣可能造成軟木塞膨脹/縮小,導致酒溢出喔。

 

葡萄酒不 !  !  !  !  !!!

光會使葡萄酒升溫,紫外線也會讓葡萄酒劣化。建議用報紙把酒瓶包起來,也要避免放置光直射的地方。

 

 

保濕工作不可少

沒有給葡萄酒做好保濕工作(濕度低於50%),會讓軟木塞乾裂,導致空氣進入造成酒氧化/酸化。

 

橫放是為了讓酒稍微接觸軟木塞,避免軟木塞乾裂收縮,導致空氣進入或酒溢出。

  • 如果是塑膠塞或旋蓋的酒瓶,直放或橫放都沒有關係喔。
  • 氣泡酒類因為瓶內壓力穿透,可保持軟木塞濕度,通常都是直放即可。

 

過大的震動劇烈葡萄酒瓶內的空氣與液體過度的接觸,
導致酒氧化/酸化,導致葡萄酒失去最美好的品質。
